Starts a WF with a new CREATED event

Hi all.
I need to make a WF project for MSS, in the Purchase
Order there a
folder called "Confirmation" i need send a message to
some users when
a new confirmation is created there. Unfotunately
there's no object
for it and the object BUS2012 is not usefull for it.
The confirmation is recorded in the table EKES, so
i've created a new object
called ZEKES, and creat a event called CREATED, and
build my workflow
template, in all tests in SWU0, SWUE, SWUS the
forkflow works find,
but when i create a new status confirmation in the
purchase order the
workflow is not started, should i make any other
configuration
to make my event CREATED works ?
