Call ABAP from external

Hello Jocelyn and all,
 
Is there any way to call ABAP Report from external
system.
 
We are planning to develop a transaction or report
which measures the performance of some transactions
and writes the report to OS level.
 
The management want to call this report from a remote
locations NT server to SAP server. We don't know it
works. Is there any way we can call these reports from
NT environment connnecting to SAPGUI. Any one has any
idea?
 
By calling this report/execute writes the logs to OS
level. So that the transaction call response time will
be recorded.
