Transport of Agent Assignment

Dear All,
Good day to all,
 
When transorting Workflow from development server to Quality server, everything except agent assignment to task is transported.
 
Now if try to make changes to those tasks for agent assignment, it doesnt ask for transport request and the same is not transported to QA server.
What can be the reason and how to transport the same.
