Work Item Appearance in Inbox

Hi,
 
I want to display my work item with different back ground color.(in EBP or R/3)or make the text BOLD.Can any body Did this earlier .Is it posible to do the same.
if posible How can.
 
 
Is it posble in EBP If yes WHich HTMLB to be changed.
