program RSWUWFML does nothing

Make sure the user has the address type 'Internet Mail'  This needs to be in the Comm. Type field in SU01 as it seems to take precedence over the forwarding details.
 
Also, make sure there are new work items to execute created since the last time the job run.  Have a look at the main OSS note (131795?) for details on the job suffix.

I am looking to activate the email sending program RSWUWFML which is
supposed to send (at least) one email per new work item for the user who
asked for it (My Business Workplace>SAP Office Options>Automatic
forwarding>forward to "my email").
I launched several times the program within a job, the job was always
completed successfully but nothing happened and nothing appeared in the job
protocole.
Can anyone put me on the right track ?
