Create Customer Workflow.

If I were to implement the create customers master records from web =
flows, either we have to be in R3 6.1 or above or we need to go through =
ITS if we are in 4.6c version. Isn't that correct?
 
We will be upgrading R3 system to Enterprise (6.2 probably) next year =
summer.=20
 
My question is how much of work it is to implement now in 4.6c? I'm not =
talking about not talking about adding our specific scenarios in =
existing WF. Can you also let me know the configuration piece to =
implement this WF?
 
I guess there'll not be much work to move to Enterprise later.

We are in R3 4.6c. I'm trying to find if there's any standard SAP =
supplied
Workflow for creating customer.
 
In fact I found two one is 20000084 - Demo WF for create customer and
another is Creating customer using a web form.
 
Has anybody implemented this WF? Can somebody give me any tips, tricks =
and
issues they had? There's no documentation on 20000084 for configuration =
in
IMG.
 
I appreciate any help.
