SO36 - Automatic forwarding

SO13, Automatic Forwarding Tab. On bottom, there is a button "Other user".
Use this button to enter and get to the user you need to remove from
Automating Forwarding. Once you get the user you need on the screen, push
the "reset" button on the bottom. That will delete the entry made through
SO13. Unfortunately, I could not find a way to do mass deletions.

Hope this helps!

Or use FM SO_SUBSTITUTE_DELETE in your own transaction.

You have to either have the user go to transaction "SO12" and delete the
entry or reset the users password and do it yourself.

Thanks,
Brian

Hello Workflow,

How do you deactivate an old entry in SO36 and put in a new date range?

Regards,
Ken
