trigger a Workflow when run a Job

Hi,
 
Why don't you raise your own event either as a part of the background =
job or as a seperate step in the job definition? If you try to generate =
some trigger for all jobs, you'll be creating a mess since it's going =
to be active for ALL jobs. I believe you're trying to monitor just a =
couple jobs.
