Good Morning,
 
I have a task that is sending an email and I am using the object type
SELFITEM with the method SENDTASKDESCRIPTION.  My problem is that my text in
SAP looks fine, but when I receive the email it is spaced oddly and splits
sentences at words.  I play with the wording and spacing in the text and it
does not get any better.  I did not know if it is perhaps the format I am
using did not translate well to email.  If anyone has any suggestions I
would appreciate hearing from you.  Below is the example of how it looks
when received as the email.

We've also sent a copy of this notice to Data Security and
Telecommunications so they can suspend the employee's ID and deactivate
voice mail (the extension will remain active).  This will be completed the

st business day following the employee's last day of work.
