Hi. We want to integrate SAP workflow with Outlook in an environment with Citrix terminal server. According to an OSS note, SAP MAPI service provider cannot be used for such integration. The requirement is to be able to execute the workitem directly from Outlook. Is this possible by using exchange connector or other tools? Thanks Tom
