ALE Question : Travel management in HR integrated with FI in separate system

Hi,
This one is more in the ALE arena... I would like to know if anyone has
successfully implemented travel management (residing in HR) integration
with FI. In this scenairo, the cost allocations need to go to projects.
The desired functionality is to distribute NETWORKS and CS ORDERS btw both
systems. I have come against the following problems:
 
1) Inbound processing for Idoc ORDERS is not available in sap standard...I
have thought about creating  own inbound function module, but this order
type appears to be quite complicated as it is linked to status
management....
2) I looked through the documentation and could not find a replication
method for NETWORKS....
 
 
I am in the first instance curious to find out why SAP hadn't implemented
the above two scenairos since the use of these elements are allowed in a
'one' system scenairo.
I would appreciate any thoughts/help on these issues.
