Help, Cant change workflow template, no transport prompt???

Hi all
 
I've created a workflow and transported up to QA, that worked fine.  Now
I've changed the workflow design in Dev, but there is no transport prompt,
so how do I transport it up QA?
Any suggestiongs greatly appreciated.
