Jeffrey this is a well known golden oldie.
In a new system, use transaction SWU_OBUF to refresh the buffers and
that problem should go away.

Subject: HELP: 5W 141 error in Workflow Inbox

Hi,
We've migrated from 4.0B to 4.6C and I've recently set up a workflow for
overall release of Purchase Requisition(BUS2105) with WS2000077 and its
default tasks (TS20000159, ...161,...162,...163).
The event linking has be flagged and the bindings are set correctly
(like in 4.0B)
The Agent assignment process works because it's going to the right
person (table T16FW config without plant).

In the person's Inbox the status shows "In Process...Started" for the
Workflow and "READY" (not "Error") for the Task.
However when trying to process it from the Inbox this message appears:
"5W 141 No Administrator found for task".
An update is then made in the log (w/ tech details) showing the error
red light with "work item is reserved"
I've tried to go directly to the Task TS20000159 (trans PFTC) but dont
see where to assign an administrator.
What am I missing???

Regards
Jeffrey G.
