Yes unless you had turned on the event queue administration and used that to track the errors.
If you didn't do it suggest you do it asap.

I have a workflow in error in Production and has deactivated the event link.
I have tried SWU0 to reactivate but my system doesn't allow me to.
 
Is my only option to transport it through.
