Workflow Versions

Hi,
 
Could you please advise - how you revert to a previous version of the
Workflow template? The option seems to be 'greyed out'?

A very simple question :
 
What are the various programs that need to be scheduled/run on a periodic
basis to reorganise the large amount of work item data that would be sitting
in the R/3 database ? Basically, I want to delete old workitems and create
some space in the database ? Any cons and pros that one needs to keep in
mind in the above process ?
 
We are on R/3 version 4.7 and EBP 3.5.
