RECALL Re: URGENT: &_WORKITEM.CREATEDBYUSER.NAMEWITHLEADUS doesn't work properly

On 4.6c, the graphical log lies through it's teeth. It shows steps that aren't there and occasionally seems to mismatch versions. i.e. I've seen a graphical log of version 1, but the tech log shows all the steps contained in version 6 of a flow.
