Access in workflow container to method exception outcome (code and message)

Hello,
 
My method has an exception defined. When this exception occurs an outcome of
my step is 'raised' (error occurred). Can someone tell me how to have access
to the error code and error message in my workflow (i.e. in the tasks
description and/or workitem text)?
