role with responsibility

this will not work via the responsibilities. The evaluation of
responsibilities does not know in any way that the data you're passing into
the role determination is special (i.e. has the hierarchy and that this
hierarchy needs to be evaluated somehow).
 
You need to use an agent determination rule based on a function module.

Hi all
 
Could someone pleased advise on the following, I have a 'Role with
responsibility' with which I am passing an Org unit into a workflow. The
org unit has multilevel org units within it, but when I select the lop
level orgunit when assigning to the responsibility, the lower level org
units are not brought into the role, i want the whole department structure
to come in, not just the top level.
