Using HR actions to raise events

Hi Abby,

Use table T779X for this. You can link any event to any HR action you =
like, but take the funny way how SAP deals with infotype creation, =
changing and delimiting into account.

For actions (IT0000's) this requires usually a bit of checking on the =
end date (afterimage-endda) in your triggering FM before you call your =
event create.

Regards,

Jeroen

As additional info - through standard SAP we seem to be getting as far =
as SWE_EVENT_CREATE through HR_EVENT_CREATE, with the correct event, =
business object, and key... but it's like the database is not =
committing! Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

it's not letting me specify WHICH action (infotype 0000) to raise the =
event on - and in any case, the event doesn't seem to be raised when I =
specify to raise it for all actions!
