Using HR actions to raise events

Hello my fellow workflowers!
 
I am looking to create an event based upon an  HR action.  To be more =
specific, I'm looking to raise the event Employee.companyLeft (business =
object BUS1065).  When I go into the event-raising transaction SWEHR3, =
it's not letting me specify WHICH action (infotype 0000) to raise the =
event on - and in any case, the event doesn't seem to be raised when I =
specify to raise it for all actions!
 
I'm not sure what I should be doing here... any help would be =
appreciated!
