Hi Sharad,

we also use SARA to archive work items in production system.

But we sometimes use SWWL to delete work items that are no longer needed.
But, as Michael said, be careful with deleting work items in production
system.
We only delete some work items which are created a few years ago.

Regards,
Werner.

Betreff: Workflow Administration : Programs to be scheduled ?

Hi ,

A very simple question :

What are the various programs that need to be scheduled/run on a periodic
basis to reorganise the large amount of work item data that would be sitting
in the R/3 database ? Basically, I want to delete old workitems and create
some space in the database ? Any cons and pros that one needs to keep in
mind in the above process ?

We are on R/3 version 4.7 and EBP 3.5.

Regards
Sharad
