Cant assign agents in customer system!

Hmmm, interesting, I've had the PLOG=' issue myself before - trying to
create responsibilities in PFAC. It was a single quotation mark, adn I
have no idea what it means or how it relates to responsibilities, but
there you go... Perhaps someone knows something about these?
