Hi All,
 
After performing the configuration change via transactions (OBWG, OBWH,OBWI
&OBWK) the change event in FBV2 is being fired however when we transported
this congif. change to our QA box the change event in FBV2 is not being
fired at all.
Does anyone have any clues as to where I should be checking.
