Copy of SAP Inbox on 46c to WAS 620

Is there any way you know of to reflect the items created within the 46c
inbox in Business Workplace,  on the WAS 620 or within a Portal ?
Subsequently, can you then execute a workflow item from the WAS inbox, or
Portal, and have it execute within 46c where all the workflows are
executed?
 
We are not on Enterprise so our WAS is separate from our 46c system.
