You can do so but you need SXC install on the Exchange server
At your company=20
And after that you can define on any user that you want to pass is mail =
to Outlook
Try To check Transaction SO36

I understand that program RSWUWFML and RSWUWFMLEC only forward work item =
to email. I have a requirement to forward SAP mail notification to =
email. Is there any program that can do that job?
