Group Workitems in 4.6

Hello everybody,
 
in 4.5 there is a possibility for personal Configuration for Workitems. So
you can have several pushbuttons - each one with workitems which have
certain attributes. I cannot find this tool in 4.6. I want to group
workitems which have the same value in the first dynamic column. I only
found the possibility to set a filter in the layout but I dont want to have
to change the layouts everytime I want to see WIs with different Dynamic
columsns
 
Does anyone have a solution ?
