Workflows stopping due to deadlock on INDX

Phil,
We also have experienced some problems with a workflow that sometimes =
becomes stuck between steps. One thing that I did was to go into the =
workflow log, select the work item, change and set to done manually. =
This does allow the workflow to continue. How well this works depends =
on what the "stuck" item was doing. =20

HTH,
Susie

Mike
No luck yet but I have raised an OSS call, will advise if I get =
anywhere
on this.

Hi Phil,
There are a couple of notes relating to deadlocks on OSS. Also search =
for
'performance' for some other related useful notes.

I've also got a problem with workflwos 'stuck between steps' and have =
been
unsuccessful in restarting them, you might have more luck than I did =
with
SWPC. Or you may be able to restart the transaction in SM58.

Cheers
Mike
