Standard IDoc error handling workflows

Abby,
Why don't you read the documentation on this scenario in the SAP Library help? Like most SAP-provided workflow scenarios there is a certain amount of configuration to be done in the application itself.  If you don't have direct access to the help you can access the help from web site http://help.sap.com.

Hi workflow experts -
 
We are using the standard Idoc error handling tasks in basis 620 (SAP Enterprise).  In WE46, we have activated all listed idoc error handling tasks.  However, when we run the Idocs and they error, these tasks are not being run.  I'm not sure if there's something else I need to do to get these workflows in place.  Am I missing something?
 
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks!
