Bus1001006, Two Tasks created.

Hi Ken,

I made the same mistakes before. If you are using 'Viewcreated' event =
you have to check the 'Maintenance Status' in the workflow triggering =
start condition, otherwise it will trigger more than once which depends =
on how many views you created for the same group(e.g. MRP has 4 views).=20

hope this helps.

Thanks Weidong,

In SWE2, I have an entry for BUS1001006. This is the supertype for =
ZBUS100106.
"Viewcreated" is the event. There is an entry in Receiver FM,
SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT.

Receiver type is empty because I have a Receiver type Function Module. =
It is
starting three separate workflows based upon condition values in MARC =
(MRP2
view).

So I was thinking that perhaps the subtype and the supertype may have =
initiated
two workflows - but I am not sure.

Thanks,
Ken

could you please describe more detail of you work flow. (e.g. What is =
your
workflow exactly doing? ). Trigger event for Material master can trigger =
more
than one same task if the start condition is not restricted.

hope this helps.

Hello Swami,
I checked SWEC as you had suggested but I see no entries that reference
BUS1001006. There are two entries(change, create) for BUS1001 but they =
have no
function module entry.

Ken,
Did you check the change object in SWEC. I had the same problem. Prior =
to
3.1I, SWEC was the only way to trigger a material master event. In =
46b,SAP
triggered it using the function module. Please take a look,

Swami

Hello Everyone,

I have a workflow designed in 46C that starts two instances of tasks =
when
triggered.

It has only one entry in "event type linkage", SWETYPV. Activated is
checked, a
receiver function module SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT and a custom receiver =
type
FM
Z_MM_WF_GET_RECEIVER_TYPE are entered into the linkages.

The results is two identical tasks are created with different work item
numbers.

Regards,
Ken
