Administrative How-to: Move User1 Inbox->Documents to User2 in 4.6c?

I found out to delete and count (statistics) of mail in users inbox,
outbox, trash, etc.
But how does a WF Admin move (or copy) Documents from one user to
another?
 
User1 leaves company and we have a need to move the messages to User2.
