Automatically End a Mail after a given time

Except then you end up with a lot of work items sitting around being =
ignored in my experience... And a lot of unfinished workflows.=20
All SAPOffice documents have an expiry date - you can set this using =
the office APIs (function modules with pattern SO*API) or why not =
schedule the inbox reorganization job to delete old mails instead? =20

Change the mail step to a decision task (single outcome), and use the =
'Modelled deadline' wizard.
