If that does not work then I would also check the requested start and
latest start dates.
Aonther check is to sure that the user did not resubmit the work item for
a later date. You can see this by going into the technical log and there
will be a clock next to the status icon. The status will show as waiting.
The log will look something like this

Dear workflowers,
Sometimes, a workitem not shown up at the agent's workflow inbox.
But the workflow log shows that the workitem is ready status and the agent
correctly.
Why the workitem not shown up at the agent's inbox?
Who experienced like this symptoms?
