Hi Chris,
 
we experienced that symptom very often when we have changes. Try the
following:
 
In your Workflow-Inbox: Refresh Organizational Environment.

Dear workflowers,
 
Sometimes, a workitem not shown up at the agent's workflow inbox.
But the workflow log shows that the workitem is ready status and the agent
correctly.
Why the workitem not shown up at the agent's inbox?
Who experienced like this symptoms?
