Notes databases in English

I am trying to install the Lotus notes databases to connect to SAP, but the
databases that I have are in German (even if install SapGui in English).
 
Does anybody know where can I find the databases in English?? I tryied to
find on SapServ, but I could not.
 
The databases are:
 
R3WFAdm.nsf
R3WFLog.nsf
wf4notes.nsf
Wicont.nsf
