HTTP URL in task description

Assuming the client the text is being displayed in understands it... sure.
Unfortunately you are limited to 132 bytes for the URL string.
so if you had http://mywebsite:myport/mypage  in the description.
Then you sent the WI to a user via RSWUWFML.
Then they open the mail with say an OUTLOOK client,
then the link should work.
 
Sending them back to the workflow inbox in the ITS is a common trick.
Rather than trying to build forms for direct execution in the mail client.
