Deleting unnecessary workitems

You might want to take a look at tran SWWL.  It allows you to filter the =
workitems you want to delete by agent, task, time, etc.  Feel free to =
execute the tran with your criteria...since upon initial execution it =
only provides a list of workitems.  From there you select the ones you =
actually want to delete.

Hi, I've discovered an active standard workflow task (TS00001003) that =
has
probably been unnecessarily activated which in turn has unknowingly
deposited thousands of unnecessary workitems in the assigned agent's
inboxes.   I have seen this through SWI5 and using the fcn
'RH_MULTIPLE_OBJ_WI_SELECT' directly, specifying 'US' and 'US_TASKS'.  I
would like to know if there is some standard program out there that I =
can
run to delete or terminate these workitems.
