Workflow differences between 4.6C and 4.7

Hello all,
 
We are now in process of upgrading from 4.6C IS-PS 4.62 to 4.7 PS 1.10.
My concern are diffrences and advantages of 4.7 over 4.6C in workflow area.
For now I see that menus are different. Do you have experience?
