Message no. W8 193 Value 020C-GEN-WORK-SM is invalid in client 020, but check table IFLOT is client-specific

Hello all,
I am developing a new WF based on BUS2007 for PM orders.
i add a condition that checks the Functional location in the order and
according to that value the work flow continues
on different roots.
the problem is that the WF does not appear to recognize one of the
=66unctional location and gives me the message above.
i think it has something to do with the labeling change on 4.6c with the
TPLNR conversion routine but i can not
point the exact problem.
i would appreciate your suggestion.
