Workflow trigger event & start condition issue

Hi Jocelyn and Arvindh,

Thanks for your advice! I found that the problem was in the Workflow =
builder in which one couldn't see the start condition in our QA system, =
even the condition is there if I use SWB_COND. The workflow is working.

Hi Les/Weidong,
This has been answered in this list before. Please take it up with OSS =
if you are still having problems.
It's possible you are missing a few OSS notes if you are on 4.6C or =
below.
Even if you are you can always transport the relevant table entries =
directly by using transaction SE16 (tables SWBRULE*,etc. ) to add the =
entries to a change request.

However the main thing to remember is that event linkages and start =
conditions are both client-dependent whereas the workflow itself is =
client-independent, so they have most likely been added to different =
change requests. So if you only transported the client-independent =
change request that might be part of your problem.

I posted the same problem last week and no one had a solution. Our BASIS
guru is supposedly investigating. If he figures it out, I will post to =
the
forum. In the meantime, he is going to open the "non-modifiable" QA =
systems
to allow to set the Start Conditions directly as an interim fix.

Hi there,

I had a issue with the trigger event assignment as well as start =
condition.

I create a workflow and assign an trigger event as well as a start
condition. After transport to QA, I can't see the start condition as =
well as
trigger event I had in the DEV system. There is nothing there. When I
checked the table for start and event table in QA, all the value are =
there.

Does anyone have the same issue before? Thanks in advance!

Weidong
