Workflow Inbox and Substitutes

In 4.0B there is a column in the workflow inbox identified as "Substitute
for".  This helps to determine if a document is actually coming to you as
the approver or as a substitute.  This column is not clearly visible on
4.6C.  How do I make the column visible at all times without having to set
up a filter?
