Multiple jobs per position or step

Hello,

I have an additional question regarding the assignment of multiple jobs to positions/step:

   * Is it possible (and if yes how) to assign multiple jobs to a step if I use the classification general task
(for assigning every user as possible agent). In other words, is it possible to assign multiple jobs to the
responsible agent assignment of a step?
   * How can I assign multiple jobs to a position in the organization plan? What configuration setting do I have
to make (at the moment I only have the possibility to assign one job to a position)? By the way, we're on
4.6C and do not use HR for other purposes than workflow.

Regards,
