determine external email address during notification text

Thanks Richard. Though your steps look viable i am not sure if i can use it
in my
function because I need to populate the actor_tab so that it sends the
notification
upon completion. What I found through debugging is that the agents are
determined
and ACTOR_TAB populated even before notification is closed but SAP utilizes
this table
upon completion. This difference in time is what I need to take care of.
