Mystery effect: WI not seen in Inbox

Hi Heinz,
I might be misreading your data, but have you checked the user is a selected agent of the workitem (WI)?
Being an agent of the workflow only gives you rights to start the workflow
manually - it doesn't give any access to dependent work items.

Also if this user is new to workflow it might be worth while checking that he/she is
accessing the inbox correctly, e.g. by watching them or use a remote pcanywhere type session
to check what they are looking at or just getting a more experienced workflow user
to check what they are doing.

Plus you might want to check that the user has access to workflow generally - particularly
if you have HR structural authorisations on then that may need to be adjusted to give
access to TS/WS etc objects as well.

Subject: Mystery effect: WI not seen in Inbox

Hallo together,

one of my users reports that he should have some WF's but he doesn't see it
in his inbox.
I have checked the WF-Protocol, the WF is assoigend to the User as selected
Agent, the WI is in Status 'READY'.

If I do a generic selection with SWI5, these WI's are not selected.

SWU_OBUF and refreh org. in the Workplace doesn't change the result.

Has anybody an idee what is running wrong with this user. I have never seen
this problem with another user.

Any idee appreciated !

Thanks in advance

Greetings

heinz
