Multiple outcomes of step

Hello,

Can someone help me with the following:

In an activity (standard SAP task TS20000883, method PRELIMINARYPOST,
object BUS2081) used to automatically post an invoice I 'modelled' two
(standard) outcomes:

   * Document posted - Document posted
   * & & & & - Error occurred

I expected that just one of these outcomes should appear after
processing of the step, but in my case both outcome-branches are
executed. Can someone explain me why? Is this because the & & & & also
contains a value when an invoice is (correctly) posted? If this is the
case how can I implement what I want: if all goes fine execute only
branch 'Document posted', if the posting fails execute branche 'Error
occurred'.

Greetings Fred
