Inbound IDOC -workflow issues

Hello All,
 
We are not able to call the function modules
"EDI_DATA_INCOMING " with startrfc.
 
We are OK for the FM "EDI_STATUS_INCOMING", We are
getting for the inbound idoc creation. Please advice
where we need to look for these kind of errors. We are
configuring new SAP server and EDI gentran
environment. Please help. Thank you.
