Thanks Sue. I meant the assignment of Basis Security roles in the
Additional Data -> Agent Assignment -> Maintain. Instead of Org. =
management
or a position or a user, I am assigning the 'Role'. This gives the
flexibility that Workflow need not have Org. management. Instead the =
Basis
team can handle the agent assignment in the Production against the =
role. Now
I would like to fetch the agents - just like using rh_get_actors for =
org.
mgmt - for the task  by passing the role name to it. The last thing I =
heard
after posting my earlier question is that I can use agr_users table to =
fetch
the agents for a Basis security role.
