Workflow definitions disappear

All,
 
I vaguely recall seeing this before but don't remember the exact
solution. Could it be possible that your workflow customizing is not
fully complete? Run Auto-Customizing and see if any errors are on the
report or check the PD control tables entry report and see if there are
any errors for HRPnnnn tables. You may have missing entries in table
SOBJ which can be resolved with program RHSOBJCH.

Michael keep us posted.  I want to cut this off at the pass.  We are
currently on support pack 33 and we are scheduled to implement this one
around August of this year.

46c support pack 27 - yes, somewhat behind, but our management wants to
treat support packs as upgrades (!)
 
Thanks - it is not deleting any other part of the definition, but it is
a
bit disconcerting not being able to find my workflow suddenly.
