Dynamic Work Item Delivery

Gentlemen,

These "user exits" exist in Enterprise (Basis 6.20, perhaps even 6.10 --
need to check). You need to implement a program exit to your workflow task,
implementing the IF_SWF_IFS_WORKITEM_EXIT interface.

Kind regards,
Tomasz

I agree with Kjetil. We tried to design a system here in order to limit the
number of work item of specific task ID in a users inbox. We ended up
decided
it was just too messy to implement and requires too much change to the
relevent
Workflows.

Really what I think is required is for SAP to deliever some user exits which
are triggered when a Work Item changes Status. That way we could 'intercept'
the status change and set it to WAITING (put it into resubmission) rather
then
send it straight to the User's Inbox.
