Hi Manju,
 
it usually happens when workflow has errors - default setting are preset to
deactivate event linkage.
 
in transaction SWETYPV you can set the linkage parameter 'Behavior upon error
feedback' to '3' (do not change linkage) to make system ignore errors. You will
need to debug your workflow though...

At our company a workflow keeps getting deactivated/sometimes binding gets
clobberred.
 
The only solution has been to remigrate from the Test system.
 
Is there any other solution.
