Reforwarding workItem

Hello Sergey,
Thanks for the quick reply. When the workitem is forwarded I believe it goes
into 'Reserved' status already.
When I look at the workflow log in SWI1 it still has the 'Ready' status. But
the option 'Forward' is not avaialble. Do you
think that is authorization issue ?
